Pricing

All prices on the website are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless specifically stated otherwise.

Please Note: All online bookings carry a non-refundable transaction fee of $7.50. This fee covers the banking and administration charges associated with making a purchase on GoDo and GoDo partner sites.

Payment Methods

We require full payment in order to secure your booking. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept BPay, cash or cheque – if you don’t have a credit card, you may want to open a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.au

Phone Bookings

Please feel free to contact our customer service team if you'd like to make a booking over the phone. We're easy to contact and we're happy to help you over the phone.

Group Bookings

Unfortunately, we can’t help you organise bespoke group activities beyond what you see available on the site.

Availability

Our activity suppliers update their own availability on our site regularly– so check the website often for updates on your preferred activity. You can also use the ask the activity supplier link located on each product page to query the activity supplier directly by email.

Please book your chosen activity as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Some activity suppliers will require significant notice whilst others may be able to accommodate you within 48 hours.

Contacting the Supplier

GoDo and GoDo partner sites provide an online booking service for activities. We work with activity suppliers across Australia so that you can book the perfect activity online instantly.

As such, we do not disclose any activity supplier’s contact details prior to booking. Please note: After booking you will receive the activity supplier’s contact details in your confirmation email. The email should only take about 15 minutes to get to you!

Payment Security

The security of your personal details is important to us. We use the highest level of data encryption possible so you can feel confident that all communication – including credit card details and personal information – between your browser and our website is private and secure. Not only are all transactions secured using industry strength SSL encryption but we also enforce the entry of the 3 or 4 digit credit card security numbers (CCV).
