A Pole Dancing party is the answer. Pole Dancing is so much fun that you will forget pole dancing is considered exercise.
We start with a quick all over body warm up and learn some fun pole moves. Next we put these pole moves into a sexy choreographed routine with practice time.
Be inspired with a performance by your instructor and enjoy the open practice time. Enjoy light refreshments and nibbles which are supplied throughout the evening.

- Remove all jewellery before this experience & place waterproof protective tape over piercings
- Bring a pair of shorts and sexy high heels.
- Please do not put any moisturizer or oils on prior to coming, as it will make the pole slippery and could cause injury.

- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
